The Architect is for organizations that need custom AI infrastructure: a proprietary tool built from the ground up, a company-wide AI integration, or a #Tequity workshop experience for your employee resource group. If your ERG or leadership team is asking how to lead responsibly in the AI era, this engagement answers that question with evidence, not talking points.

- Two to three 60-minute discovery and scoping sessions to map the right build before anything is created

A 30-Minute Discovery Call
We talk about your business, your team, and where things stand with AI right now. You share what you want to share, and I ask what I need to know. The goal is for both of us to leave the call knowing whether this is the right partnership. And if it turns out it is not quite the right fit, I will help point you toward something that is.
Scoping and Intake
When you move forward, you get a short intake form and I get to work understanding your workflow before the first session even begins. Your time in the sprint is for building, not for background conversations that could have happened beforehand.
The Sprint
You build together in real sessions, with real feedback, until the system is running. This is not a course and it is not passive. You are in the work alongside me, which is exactly why it sticks. By the time you reach the final session, you know how to run what you built because you helped build it.
