Rose Kaz, AI Systems Consultant

About Rose

I have been building at the intersection of women and technology for over twenty years.

Three businesses. 2,400+ interviews. One framework. And a very strong opinion about what AI can and cannot do in your practice.

I am an AI systems consultant for women-led consultancies and the founder of Business 4 Good, a women-owned co-op marketplace. My work lives at the place where technology meets equity, and I have built a name for that intersection: #Tequity. Everything I build runs on it.

Receipts

I have built three businesses and each one has informed the next.

The first was creative. The second was creative plus technical. By the third, I was building infrastructure for a future that did not have a blueprint yet: women leading businesses at scale, using technology on our own terms, with our own data, our own voice, our own sovereignty.

I was in the room early. When facial recognition was becoming a commercial product, I was consulting for a global camera company, translating creative speak into technical requirements and back again. That was my first close look at AI, and I found it both fascinating and alarming. It is what sent me deeper into the technology rather than away from it.

2,400 conversations with women in business. That is what this framework is built on.

That research became the foundation of #Tequity and eventually of Business 4 Good, the women-owned co-op marketplace I founded. Every system I build today connects back to what those 2,400 women actually told us about how we work, what we need, and where technology has let us down.

To go deeper, I earned my MIT Applied Generative AI certificate, stay current through Anthropic Academy, and work in Claude every single day, using the same tools I build into your practice. I am not teaching what I read about. I am teaching what I use.

I understand where AI earns its place and where it does not. I have spent twenty years developing that discernment, and I built a framework to help other women access the same clarity so we can scale well beyond the glass ceiling.

The framework

#Tequity: Technology as a tool of equity. Not a replacement for expertise. Not a shortcut past your humanity. A force multiplier for what you already do well.

Every system I build runs on this premise. AI earns its place in your practice by doing what you do not have time for, without touching what only you can do. The moment AI starts making decisions that require your judgment, we course-correct. That design is deliberate and it is non-negotiable.

Technology without equity is just more noise. I have been building the quieter, more powerful version for over a decade, and this is what it looks like when it runs inside your consultancy.

"Women have long prioritized everyone else having enough. Now we will ensure we have enough."

What I bring to this work

Research

2,400+ interviews with women in business across industries and revenue levels. This work is built on what women actually said, not assumptions about what we need.

AI Expertise

MIT Applied Generative AI certificate. Anthropic Academy certifications. Daily practitioner of the tools I teach. I work in Claude every day and I teach it specifically, not AI in general.

Proof of Build

Three businesses built from the ground up, including a women's co-op marketplace and a full AI systems build for a staffing and administration practice. I am the case study.

Entrepreneurship

Twenty years and counting building at the intersection of women's economic power and technology, not consulting about it from the outside but living it, iterating it, and documenting what actually works.

Who I work with

Established women-led teams with revenue and momentum already in place.

  • Women running consultancies who are ready to use AI strategically, not experimentally
  • Teams of 1 to 12 who need working systems, not a course about systems
  • Corporate ERG and DEI leaders with budget to build a real AI integration program
  • Leaders who want a partner who teaches judgment, not just prompts

Bring your real questions. I bring twenty years of honest answers.

The discovery call is thirty minutes. We look at what you are building, where AI fits, and whether working together makes sense. If it is not the right match, I will tell you.
