Neither is ignoring it.
Women-led businesses have always adapted to survive. The question is not whether AI will change how you work. It already has. The question is whether you choose your terms.
I am an AI systems consultant helping women-led consultancies integrate AI with judgment, not hype, not shortcuts, not someone else's playbook.

AI curious or AI furious, both are the correct starting point.
We do this work best when we do not arrive with enthusiasm. We are the ones who arrive with questions, concerns, and in some cases a full refusal to hand our voice over to a machine. That instinct is right. What we build together works because of it.

You have tried a few tools. You are asking the right questions: what is reliable, what is hype, where does my judgment come in, and how do I make sure AI actually helps my team instead of creating more work. That is exactly where we start.
AI Furious
You are skeptical. Your voice and your team matter more than efficiency.
You have watched AI be used to replace, flatten, and extract. Your resistance is not a gap in your understanding. It is a correct read of how most AI tools have been deployed. The question is not whether to be cautious. It is how to engage on terms that protect what you have built.

Technology as a Tool of Equity
Technology is not neutral. The AI systems being built right now reflect the priorities, biases, and blind spots of their makers: mostly male, mostly tech-sector, mostly funded by capital that does not have women's economic sovereignty on its roadmap.
#Tequity is my framework for engaging with AI without ceding ground. Three principles, applied to every client engagement.

Judgment Over Output
AI suggests. You decide. Always. Knowing when to trust an output and when to override it is the skill, not prompting speed or volume. Your expertise shapes every result. No exception.

Voice in the Work
AI assists your thinking. It does not replace it. Your framework, your point of view, your way of being with clients stay central. If the output does not sound like you, it goes back. We do not ship generic.

Capacity Over Replacement
AI makes your team more powerful. Full stop. It does not make your people redundant. Every system we build is designed to expand what your team can do, not to justify eliminating the humans who built your reputation.
The approach
We teach judgment, not prompting tricks. Claude specifically, not AI in general.
Most AI training is tool-agnostic: here are ten things you can do, here is how to write a better prompt. That is not this work. I teach Claude because Claude is the most safety-focused, humanist-forward major AI available. The values built into the model align with the values in this work.
More importantly, I run my own business on what I teach. B4G and my consulting practice run on Claude-powered workflows I built and tested on real client work. I am not teaching from theory. I am the proof of concept.
The systems that documented, transcribed, and synthesized patterns from the 2,400+ interviews that built B4G's research infrastructure were built the same way I will build yours.
The window
The companies shaping AI norms right now are not building them for women-led businesses. That is the problem and the opportunity.
Waiting is not a neutral position. Every month a business does not define how it will use AI, someone else is defining AI in ways that will eventually shape what is available, what is affordable, and what is considered standard.
Women-led businesses that engage now, carefully, with judgment, on their own terms, have a chance to shape that. The window is not open indefinitely.
