This workshop is not for beginners who have never heard of AI. It is for anyone who has tried Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any AI tool, opened it once or twice, and closed it because it did not immediately deliver. That is a systems architecture problem, not a you problem. In just three hours, I will show you the correct way to use the best tool on the market (based on my R&D over the past ten years in AI, learn more about Rose here) and how to integrate your systems and projects seamlessly with Claude CoWork. Three hours of hands-on, real-time learning with short breaks built in between each hour. At the session's close, Rose holds 30 minutes for open Q&A. Because yes, we work smarter, not harder, and also take intentional pauses from the screen, to breathe and hydrate.

Foundation

How Claude CoWork actually thinks, works, and why it is different from other AI tools on the market. I have researched and tested nearly all of them through my training at MIT. I will give you the no-BS breakdown of what makes Claude CoWork worth your time and, more importantly, how to set it up so it already knows your business before you ask it a single thing, with your data sovereignty at top of mind. This is the setup most people skip. And that is exactly why most people get mediocre results with AI.

Application

We start with a straight conversation about why I chose Claude CoWork specifically, what Anthropic is doing differently on safety and ethics, and why that matters when it comes to your actual business data. Data sovereignty is queen! Then we get to work. This hour will teach you more than just a basic list of prompts. It is about building a context-rich system that makes Claude CoWork genuinely useful. And if that intimidates you, trust me, you have enough Google Docs to feed a million robots, and that is exactly what AI loves to snack on: your Human Intelligence (HI), which you have plenty of. You will see what is possible when the setup is right. People share this hour with their teams before we are even done.

Do I need a Claude account before I show up?
Yes. The free tier works, but we recommend Claude Pro so you have full access to Projects and memory features during the session. It is about $20 a month and takes five minutes to set up at claude.ai. You will get a prep guide with everything you need one week before the workshop.
I have tried Claude before and it did not click. Is this for me?
Especially for you. Most people's first Claude experience is frustrating because they approach it like a search engine. It is not. This workshop is built specifically to fix the way you are thinking about the tool, not just hand you more things to try alone.
I already love ChatGPT / Gemini / [insert your favorite bot here]. Can I just use that instead?
Hard no, and here is why. Claude was built with a fundamentally different approach to safety, privacy, and how it handles your actual business data. I spent my MIT Applied Generative AI training researching and testing nearly every major AI tool available. What is the refund policy?
