Since 2017, I have had over 2,400 conversations with women in business about money, power, and what technology actually owes us. These essays are where I work that thinking through in real time. Check Your Default Settings is where that thinking landed clearest.

Some are rough. Some have held up better than I expected. I have left them as they were written because watching the standards tighten in public is the point, not a side effect.
